Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please reach out at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. In the case of damage, please include pictures. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refund Options

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we offer two refund options:

  • Cash Refund: Full refund to your original payment method

  • Store Credit: Full refund as store credit for future purchases

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. I am a small seller! That being said, returns may be waived on a case-by-case basis (ei. received a damaged item that cannot be repaired)

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds to original payment methods may take an additional 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items damaged by normal wear and tear

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
